Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer full or partial refunds once a project has started.

This policy is in place because:

  • Our creative process begins immediately after order confirmation.

  • Significant time, resources, and planning are invested from day one.

  • All services are personalized and not resellable.

Once an order is placed and work has commenced — including concept development, design planning, or client communication — the project is considered active and therefore non-refundable.

We believe in clear communication, collaborative feedback, and transparency throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction — without needing a refund model.

What We Offer Instead: Revisions

To ensure you’re happy with the final outcome, revisions are included in every service package. The number of revisions varies depending on the package you select and will be clearly outlined before the project begins.

Our revision process includes:

  • Reviewing your feedback in detail

  • Making requested changes that fall within the original scope

  • Refining design elements (such as colors, layout, or typography) as needed

Revisions are intended to bring the project closer to your vision, and we encourage clear and timely feedback to help guide that process.

Additional Work & Out-of-Scope Changes

If you require more revisions than your package includes, or request changes that fall outside the original scope of work, we will inform you ahead of time. In such cases:

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed at an hourly or fixed rate.

  • We will provide a clear quote and timeline before proceeding.

  • No unexpected charges will be added without your approval.

Examples of out-of-scope changes include complete redesigns, new brand concepts, or adding major new deliverables not previously discussed.

No “100% Money-Back Guarantee”

We do not offer a “100% money-back guarantee.” This is because:

  • Each project requires dedicated creative labor from the beginning.

  • Unlike physical products, digital and creative services cannot be “returned.”

  • Even the first draft includes hours of custom work, strategy, and communication.

Our commitment is to work collaboratively with you through revisions to achieve the result you envision — rather than offering refunds that undermine the value of the creative process.
